Truly Spiked & Sparkling Water is a spiked sparkling water. Their slogan is “Refreshing like sparkling water, but way more fun”. The creators at Truly Spiked & Sparkling put a lot of effort in to develop a beverage that was delicious but spiked drink with lower calories and carbs. Ideal for those following a Paleo, Keto, or lower carb diet. Truly Spiked Seltzer was the first type of spiked water I had heard of! I was at the beach, and that Grapefruit was pretty darn tasty! With so many brands popping up, we decided to try a few popular spiked seltzer brands and see which was our favorite though. Truly- Spiked and Sparkling alcoholic drink (1 net carb) I am usually not one for Smirnoff type drinks or coolers but as I have stayed on keto I am getting tired of liquor on rocks or miller lite.
